Need an evening to just relax? Join us on the First Friday of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for Yoga: Pathways to Peace as we share restorative yoga poses, music, yoga nidra, meditation and breath work for all who wish to find greater peace and calm in their lives. Come and learn more about how to relax using yoga and meditation. Yoga: Pathways to Peace is open to all – even those who have never done yoga before!!
