MODULE 2: Intermediate Level 125 hours Training
This 125 hour Samapatti Teacher Training Module 2 allows you an opportunity to deepen your own yoga practice, delve deeper into more specific Hatha and Raja yoga techniques and enhance your yoga teaching skills. This advanced training will emphasize meditation and pranayama along with Iyengar, Bikram, Yin Yoga and Viniyoga techniques for asana modifications and refinements.
Prerequisite: Students must have a 200 hour certificate from a Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Training program or equivalent.

What is Samapatti Yoga?
Samapatti is a Sanskrit word meaning “coinciding with” or “transformative.” Samapatti Yoga(SM) is the integration of various hatha and raja yoga schools with an emphasis on the transformative process of yoga. This style of teaching yoga was introduced in the U.S. in 1993 by Mike Zolfo, our director, because of his extensive study of various other styles and forms of yoga. Through the creative combination of asana variations, pranayama, pratyahara, self-study and meditation a student moves from the gross physical body to the subtle body to the spiritual self.
