Yoga Pathways to Peace
1st (& 3rd) Friday of Each Month, 7:00-8:30pm, Members $12, Nonmembers $16
(Dates: Feb 3 & 17, March 2, April 6)
The first Friday of each month we will share restorative yoga poses, music, yoga nidra, meditation and yoga breathing for all who wish to find greater peace and calm in their lives. Yoga offers a variety of ways to help you relax physically, mentally and emotionally. Come and learn more about how to relax using yoga, relaxation and meditation. Open to all even those who have never done yoga before.

Meditation Workshop
Saturday, February 18, 12:45-3:45pm, $45/$55 @ Ye Olde Yoga Barn, 400 W. Goldsborough Street, Crown Point
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to begin or continue a meditation practice or for anyone who needs to come up for a breath of fresh air in one's life. We will experience meditation as a practice of self-discovery and explore various methods to produce a quieted, one-pointed mind. This workshop will include mindfulness meditation practices. Our February 2012 meditation workshop will include mantra meditation practices.
