At the Yoga Rooms we offer several different types or styles of yoga. If you are not sure what class to begin with give us a call and we can help you choose the style and form which is right for you. All of our instructors are certified yoga instructors and have been practicing yoga for many years. They bring their excitement of yoga into the classes.

Most of our students start with a Yoga I class unless they want more shaping and toning
then they start with the Vinyasa Flow class. If you are not sure which course to take,
please call and we will help you decide which class best fits your age and stage of life.
General Yoga Courses
Gentle Yoga– For older adults with some physical limitations or for those who prefer a more gentle practice.
Yoga I /II – Beginning level yoga classes covering poses, yoga breathing, diet/nutrition, and basic relaxation.
Yoga III– Continuing/ongoing level class, course content changes every 6 weeks.
Yoga For Fitness Courses
Vinyasa Flow- A continuous flow of postures linked together with the breath. Good cardio workout.
Hot Yoga– Done in a heated room, 85 degrees. Great detox and strength building class.
Yoga IV– Mastery level class where poses are held longer, Iyengar style.
Power Yoga– A muscle-shaping, toning and physically challenging workout; build strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Pilates– This Pilates mat class works your core muscles.
Mommy & me yoga– Yoga class for moms and their newborns up to age one year.
Toddler Time yoga/play class- This yoga based class is for toddlers age 1-3 years. An exciting way to introduce your child to a lifelong habit of physical and mental well-being.
Yoga for kids– Classes for kids ages 7-12.
Prenatal yoga- Course teaches stretching, breathing and relaxation for an all natural delivery and for preparation for labor/delivery and recovery.
Meditation- For those looking to quiet the mind, reduce stress and relax more deeply.
AM Yoga- A wake up yoga class to get your day started. An intermediate class.
